Abstract:

The 'Collaborative Futures: Food Futures 2031' project from the Master of European Design program at the School of Innovation and Technology was given an honourable mention at the Service Design Network 'Service Design Awards' 2022 Global Conference held in Copenhagen. The project now resides in the SDN archive as an international case study for world-class service design. The work looks to explore the capacity and strengths within neighbourhoods to respond to the challenges and opportunities of the future Glasgow food landscape in 2031. The work is co-produced with Glasgow City Council's Centre for Civic Innovation and various local partners.
