Our world exhibits increasing complexity, pointing us in the direction of growing future uncertainty. In response, service designers are becoming ‘systems designers’ tasked with navigating dense, interconnected, boundaryless challenges.

In this context, what new methods and approaches do we require? How do we establish a community of practice? This session invited audience members to explore design for systems change, share project examples and challenges, and discuss how to equip ourselves for the future.
