'Neighbouring' was a week long event I curated together with Monica Laiseca and Yuko Hasegawa, Artistic Director of the Tokyo Museum of Contemporary Art, for the Glasgow International Biennial in 2021. It took the form of a collaboration of European and Japanese artists (7) (Hanna Tuuliki, Jessica Ramm, Megan Boettcher, Tomoko Kinoike, Shizuka Yokomizo, Mio Harada, Shoko Imai and Nile Koetting) in talks and performances on the theme of relations of distance and intimacy in the time of Covid.
