Headrest is a bi monthly show on London & Manchester based radio station 'No Bounds Radio' and it is a late night recess of slow musak, dank soundscapes, drifting dronology and video game ambience, intermixed with occasional speculative tales collaged from lost Reddit stories.

With a specific focus on exploring queer noisemakers, electronic folx, female composers and lost voices of vapor, doom and noise; each episode also includes an unreleased track by M:chelle Hannah hidden in the mix. Headrest is offered as a space for contemplation, exploration and opaque absorption... hopefully coaxing out the gaps, sludge and queer dystopia in our cortex.

This episode V explores the depths of what is and could be Queer Doom…mixing ambient metal, djent voices and cosmic pessimistic musak; while creeping through speculative, edited fiction found on Reddit. A step further into a restful abyss, with a meditation based on Pinhead from Hellraiser quotes plus tales of meeting online friends IRL and a pet advert on Gumtree that just needs to be answered.
