Translating ideas developed through participatory design into service innovation is a core challenge of our work in health and social care, posing ethical challenges for our engagement with citizens. The workshop shared insights, ideas and emerging questions, and invited participants (primarily working in the public sector) to discuss their experiences of influencing change.
