A team of staff teaching Design For Textiles in the School of Textiles & Design, Heriot-Watt University used knitwear archives relating to pioneering Border knitwear and hosiery firms to inspire new practice in knit, weave and print. This was was exhibited in Hawick as 'work in progress'.
