Abstract:

‘SCOTCAP Service Model Evaluation’ is a collaboration between Scotland’s Digital Health & Care Institute (DHI) and participating SCOTCAP Health Board sites - NHS Highland, NHS Grampian and NHS Western Isles. This evolutionary approach to developing a new service model offers an innovative, adaptable and responsive approach to this process.
