Interview with Dr Marianne Greated included as section of book of interviews with UK Fine Art staff exploring how undergraduate students are prepared for life after art school.
The interview discusses Glasgow's DIY culture, focussing on Switchspace, the nomadic artist-run gallery Greated co-founded with Sorcha Dallas 1999 to 2005, showing over 50 artists, including Karla Black, Craig Mulholland, Sue Tompkins, Beagles and Ramsay and Cathy Wilkes. Greated also talks about the BA Painting and Printmaking Course at GSA, in particular how it supports student through and out of the institution.
