Abstract:

The Peoples Money project was instigated in 2015 by the Royal Bank of Scotland to engage the public with the design process of the new RBS £5 and £10 polymer banknotes. Led by design agency NILEHQ in Edinburgh, artists and design companies were invited to be part of the design process for the new banknotes, entitled the Fabric of Nature.
