GSA Rural Lab hosted a Crafting Innovation Workshop in collaboration with Highlands and Islands partners, uniting diverse stakeholders to address place-based business, community, and enterprise challenges. Grounded in “The Craft Mind-set”, a human-centred approach emphasizing creativity beyond tech-focused solutions the workshop fostered collaboration through a "third space" concept that encouraged trust and co-design. Participants used a unique lens tool to explore challenges from multiple perspectives, generating layered insights. Attached is the workshop output a quilt symbolizing Moray’s strategy, crafted through the Advanced Centre for Textiles, representing the region's collective vision and commitment to innovation.
