I conducted two postgraduate research inquiries, both of which were nourished through conference papers. My first study queried how the aesthetic qualities of emergent forms of typography affect the viewer's time perception in the context of digital communication. My second research study investigated design IP in the context of design business start-up management principles. This research initiative culminated in a time-based business development framework, which can be used to enhance a venture's dynamic capabilities through the systematic mapping of IP against other business development factors.
