| Abstract: | 'SHADE' M77, Glasgow. An excavation into post digital queer presence and its shifting dark ontologies in a non corporeal world. Shade here captured as a boundary crosser. Soul Noir Festival is a new platform for Gothic artists both in Ireland and internationally. Dedicated to showcasing work that draws from queer magic, queer occultism; to explore the queer gothic experience. In 2022 I was asked to be part of the festival to produce images that revolve around this theme. Held in Dublin at The National Georgian Societies City Assembly House in the Knight of Glin Room (the first purpose built gallery space in Europe) and the O’Connell Room. | ||||
