An exhibition using poetry as a vehicle for exploring the climate crisis from a non-white female perspective. Issues of home, identity, belonging, nationality, language and culture are woven into the poetry using written text (a printed booklet) and a soundscape of the poems being read on a continuous loop by the author. The poems were also displayed on the wall using photographic images and moving text, allowing the viewer to be immersed in the words via different media. One of poems, 'Warbeth Walk', included sound art by sound artist Suzy Angus. This poem uses bird life and the qualia of a walk to explore the themes outlined above.
