The Beijing International Contemporary Enamel Art Academic Forum "Integrity·Innovation" invited ten speakers (4 international artists & 6 Chinese artists) to deliver recorded academic lectures May 14, 2022. Beijing, China

The theme of these academic lectures were inheritance and innovation, decoration and concept, traditional crafts and modern technology of international enamel art, combined with artists' creative practice.

Professor Stephen Bottomley provided a 20 minute video lecture on his practice based research. Bottomley's work with vitreous enamel and exploration of new materials, digital making and new technologies seeks to extend traditional techniques and disciplinary boundaries of an ancient traditional art. The videos were to be shown in conjunction with a curated physical exhibition of enamel works in which Bottomley had work on display.
