This text explores the politics of ‘precarious’ artistic interactions, the role of intentional bewilderment within gaming paradigms. To what end does one develop an intention to flummox? Within gaming and interaction design where do we place ourselves on the spectrum between complexity and clarity? How can this new paradigm assist the participant in achieving agency?
