| Abstract: | The presentation gave an overview over the recent history of dense, multi-storey housing in the inner city, in connection with the new, positive discourse on inner city dwelling. Examples included Glasgow, Berlin, Vienna, Rotterdam, and Copenhagen. The presentation stressed the contribution of community-based housing associations to the genesis of this particular dwelling type, as well as the challenges connected with the "return to the inner city" in general. | ||||||
