Abstract:

Given the nature of the development at Belmont Road / Huntershill Court, including new methods of construction and technologies such as MVHR, GHA have commissioned a process of Building Performance Evaluation. This supports the additional funding received for the Greener Homes Innovation Scheme to undertake an independent evaluation of the measures undertaken here. This report summarises the approach and the findings.
