| Abstract: | In May 2014 a fire severely damaged areas of The Glasgow School of Art’s Mackintosh Building and its historical holdings. This paper describes the salvage work which was undertaken in regard to the School's archive and museum collections during the two weeks following the fire. It also outlines how this experience has informed plans for future collection development and management. | ||||
