Abstract: | The Glasgow School of Art celebrated its centenary on 15th December 2009. The building’s functional constancy over the century makes it one of the finest examples of sustainable buildings in the country. Due to its influence on Glasgow’s Art and Architecture, it is worth studying its performance and finding out the factors which make this building so efficient. This study demonstrates the significance of architectonics by looking at the architectural values of the building and its environmental performance. The research aims to find out the positive and negative aspects of the building and how they can be improved upon. | ||||
