John Nicol is an artist, musician, and fine art lecturer for the International Foundation at Glasgow School of Art. His research practice utilises a variety of artistic processes such as drawing, sculpture, painting and performance to explore themes of value and identity.

John Nicol is currently the Fine Art Lecturer for the International Foundation at Glasgow School of Art.
He was previously the Studio Lecturer for the MRes Creative Practices and taught the collaborative Drawing as Research and Drawing in the Expanded Field post graduate electives at GSA.
