This second online event in the series of Essential Shifts brought together students, academics and architects to present and discuss where projects were taking a quantitative approach in the design studio in addressing climate change. Organised into 3 sessions: Evidence Based Approaches to Design Studio, Structuring the Curriculum and Practice, Practioners of the Future. Guest speakers included Sofie Pelsmaker and Essi Nisonen, (Tampere University) Ciaran Mailk (Kingston), Karen Anderson (RGU), Joe Morris (Morris&Co), James Tait (RGU) + students.
