Abstract:

This paper presents the findings of design research activity undertaken with Macmillan. The research undertaken aimed to explore lived experiences of delivering and accessing services, offering an opportunity to better understand how these practices work and capturing any
challenges or opportunities to inform future models of care. This activity also aimed to generate insights around how digital innovation might support the future delivery of services to support the development of a digital outcome.
