Abstract:

In 2013/14, the Government of Moscow sponsored an international competition to explore the future of the River Moscow running through the City. The competition was won by a consortium led by Project Meganom of Moscow (Yury Gregorian) and Gillespies of Glasgow (Brian Evans).
