Ute is a designer and researcher with a background in anthropology and design innovation. Her creative practice focuses on designing through empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. Working at the intersection of social science and design, Ute’s research uses diverse methods such as ethnography, interviews, design-led workshops, visual maps, and speculative artefacts. It allows her to re-imagine entire systems and individual experiences, and to involve others in this process. At Innovation School, she explores how design innovation approaches might address complex issues around health and care.
